Program Manager

Salary: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 /year

BPA Services, LLC is looking for a highly self-motivated Program Manager to provide project oversight and support on a software development project. Successful candidates will have strong leadership skills, communication skills, experience managing software development projects, and the ability to produce work without direction or oversight. The Program Manager will be responsible for delivering program management, client deliverables, fostering client relationships, and increasing value and quality within the program.


  • Provide program oversight, organization and support
  • Develop and maintain project deliverables such as the project management plan, quality assurance plan, monthly status reports, monthly financial reports, project schedule, and other required documentation
  • Monitor and track project financials
  • Lead a team of software developers, business analysts, and technical writers
  • Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through communication, documentation, and other means as necessary
  • Apply quality, change, risk, and resource management
  • Offer and implement process improvement recommendations and industry based best practices
  • Attend and facilitate meetings
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the application and its functionalities and be able to intelligently speak to it


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, computer science, computer information systems, or other relevant majors from an accredited university
  • 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Highly self-motivated individual that can produce key deliverables in a timely manner without direction or oversight

Strongly Preferred Experience:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Managing projects at different stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies for project management
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
